Nutcracker Antenatal Support

Antenatal doula care focuses on support during the pregnancy. This is great as an add on to birth support or for people who want extra support, but might not want the extra person in the birth room.

While this care is individualized to align with your specific needs, it could include:

  • Education on all things pregnancy and/or birth

  • Support with birth planning

  • Help setting up your home for your postpartum experience

  • Frozen meal prep for postpartum

  • Text and phone support as things come up

Antenatal support can be purchased as a package or as individual a la carte sessions.

Antenatal Package— $550

  • Includes 4 customizable in person or virtual sessions lasting 90 minutes each

  • Limited text support through your third trimester

A la Carte Options

  • In person and virtual sessions—$150 per 90 minute session

  • Ongoing text support through ONE trimester—$330

  • Ongoing text support through entire pregnancy—$900
