Abortion Support Includes:
1 pre-procedure appointment
Support during your abortion
Up to 2 post-procedure appointments
Options are always available for those who need abortion support but do not have the funding. Please reach out if this is you
Crow bereavement Care (Sliding Scale)
For many reasons, people experience grief in their reproductive journeys. I provide personalize bereavement and grief support on a sliding scale basis which can include:
Emotional support
Rituals and keepsakes
Journaling
Finding ways to honor your grief and loss
Bereavement doula care is individualized, at your own pace, and without obligation to participate in grieving rituals.
Doulas: I offer doula partnership for clients experiencing loss and grief. Reach out to me directly to inquire.
punakea package
I take a certain number of no or low cost clients who identify as BIPOC, queer, and/or Disabled each year in order to support communities disproportionally impacted by the medical industrial complex. For more information, see my “Giving Back” page on my site.
A La Carte services
While I believe that one of the greatest benefits of a doula is the continuity of care, I also understand that not everyone wants or can budget for full doula support. In addition to my package options, I offer several a la carte services. Please inquire using the above booking link.

Whether as an add on to your birth package or on its own, I offer antenatal support sessions which can be personalized to your prenatal needs including (but not limited to): postpartum planning, postpartum meal preparation, prenatal education, developing advocacy strategies, and support for people with high risk pregnancies. Antenatal sessions can also be used as “ask a doula anything” sessions to get all of your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum questions answered.
Antenatal sessions have a 2 hour minimum at $150 with $60 for each additional hour

Don’t want a full doula, but want support crafting a personalized birth plan that centers you? A la carte birth planning starts at $60 and includes vision planning, education surrounding your options, and a finalized birth plan document.

For those interested in the benefits of placental encapsulation, I offer placenta encapsulation using both raw and TCM encapsulation. This package includes your capsules and a keepsake.

If you’re looking to add movement into your routine, I provide zero judgement, personalized movement support informed by my background as a chronically ill former athlete, NASM-CPT, and 200 RYT
Can also be offered as a package.

I offer private and community yoga offerings at request as a 200hr RYT. If you would like to organize a group yoga offering or request private yoga in your own home, feel free to reach out.

Reproductive loss can often be sudden and unexpected, leaving people in a state of shock. I offer immediate single session bereavement support to help gently guide you through your available options, offer rituals and keepsakes, and provide presence.
This service is offered on a donation based system and no one will be turned away due to lack of funds
